I’m not going to lie, I’m really not sure what to make of that!

Perhaps as an alternative to the abundance of screens in our life a third of you told us that you had used an adult colouring book.
Have to admit, watching my kids do it, there does seem something therapeutic about it.
Maybe I’ll give it a go. 🤔

Building with Lego also returned similar numbers to adult colouring books.
Presumably for the same reasons. Are we trying to escape the tech?
