With the UK still locked in a heatwave and temperatures not cooling down overnight, the eOpinion team has been having trouble sleeping.
Given that the Met Office had reported that temperatures surpassed 34C in parts of the UK for the sixth day in a row – the first time that has happened since at least 1961, we decided to reach out to the eOpinion tribe for help and asked for top tips for getting a good night’s rest at the moment.
