Work in an office?

If you answered yes, I’m sure you’ll be well aware of some of these, but research from Quality Logo Products has revealed the most annoying habits of our co-workers.

No, a fishy lunch in the microwave is not cool!

Read about it and think of Dave in accounts here.

Boys more satisfied than girls.

40,000 schoolchildren in Manchester were polled to understand their life satisfaction.

It’s an interesting read, particularly if you have kids at school age.

Feelings of a nation

Gas ☑️ Electricity ☑️ Petrol ☑️ Food ☑️ Cost of living in general ☑️

Things are getting increasingly tough for all of us.

As a result, all eyes were on Rishi Sunak this week to see if the government could help out and offer a bit of support to the country.

In our Daily eOpinion we put it to you to see if you thought he had done enough.

It turns out that most of you don’t think he did!

One for United Fans

I added this survey this week not because we are Man Utd fans but more to show how the voice of the fans is growing.

Does it get to a point where clubs have no choice to seek input?

We shall see but it’s an insightful read if you are into sport.

Virtual House Moving

As someone who moved during lockdown, I can confirm the benefits of virtual tours.

Research from Capterra shows the post-lockdown trend is here to stay and house hunters are big fans.

19% even bought or rented solely from a virtual tour, can’t say I’m that brave!

Full details here.

It’s all about culture…..

If you hear about any company or read a job advert these days, every company has an amazing culture, fruit in the office, gym memberships, beer fridges, table tennis tables, the best place to work etc.

But, how do you spot companies with a toxic culture?

You can start by reading this study. 😀

Thank you for having a read of our Sunday 7. I hope you found it a little bit interesting and entertaining.

If there is someone you know that you think would like it, I’d be more than happy for you to share it with them.

We’ll be publishing these each week so if you happen to see something that you think should be included, feel free to let us know. There are plenty of ways to get in touch or you can tweet me directly here.

I hope you have a great week and please sign up below if you haven’t done so already. The eOpinion tribe is always on the lookout for new members who have a valuable opinion to share.

All the best,

Chris 😀
